High performance insulation sheets manufactured in extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) with
smooth surface skin and stepped edges on all 4 sides, ideal for insulation of civil & industrial flooring, roofs, foundations and external walls.
Inverted roof applications, the insulating layer is placed above the bituminous or synthetic waterproof covering.
The insulating panels, laid free above the waterproofing, are kept in place by a layer of weighting gravel (torba) in layed to falls roofs or paving elements.
Between the insulating and the weighting layer it is advisable to provide a separator element in geotextile fabric.
